Great bike with lots of included add-ons

Overall, I am very pleased with this bike that I bought without even testing it! The pink color drew me in and after reading reviews and comments, I pulled the trigger. It is a comfortable ride, though I have not ridden it more than 6 miles at this point. One of the things that was nice were the add-ons like the phone attachment, bike lock, straps, back rack, fenders, etc., that came with the bike (free). In researching bikes, these were all available but at an extra cost with other bikes. What could use improvement were the instructions to assemble the bike. They overlooked obvious steps, they weren't explicit in their instruction or didn't seem updated. The video that I found online was better, but the written instructions need improvement. In addition, the battery operation needed better explanation. I thought the battery itself would light up with the green bars when fully charged--it didn't. The power port lit up green. The on/off switch hidden under the rubber flap was a mystery until looking online. Technology has not been challenging to me, but this was! Bottom line, the good outweighs the "needs improvement" and I'm looking forward to getting out on my new bike and exploring!

so much fun!

These have opened up our world! We get so many compliments and envious looks as we cruise the scenic back roads. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward too. Absolutely loving every ride - so much fun!

Honestly, the bike is built way better than I expected. It picks up speed really well and the battery lasts plenty long - pretty good for my first e-bike!
