In-store Return Policy

Riding 5 stands behind the quality of every electric bike we sell. Our return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange your e-bike within 30 days of purchase if you're not completely satisfied, provided the bike is in like-new condition with no more than 1 mile of use after purchasing and includes all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Because you have the opportunity to thoroughly test ride bikes before purchasing at our stores, returns are rare, but we want you to have peace of mind with your investment. Returns and exchanges must be brought back to a Riding 5 store location for inspection. If approved for a return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. If you'd prefer to exchange your bike for a different model, our staff will help you find a better fit and apply your original purchase toward the new bike.
