RETURN POLICY

Riding 5 Return Policy

 


 

1. Return Process

To ensure a successful return and refund, you must initiate the process via the “Start a Return” page or by emailing info@riding5.com. Items returned outside this process will not be eligible for a refund.

 


 

2. Order Cancellation

Orders placed on www.riding5.com cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. This applies to all e-bike and accessory orders.

· Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated timeline on the product page;

· In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

 


 

3. Return to Sender / Refused Shipments

Except for defective Product, any order is returned any or all reasons to Riding 5 or refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. See Section (h) below for details.

 


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

· All brands of helmets

· Spare or replacement parts (e.g., batteries, gift cards, custom build and assembly services)

Customers are responsible for order accuracy when purchasing these items.

 


 

5. New E-Bike Returns

New, unused electric bikes in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. A $149 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

 


 

6. Used E-Bike Returns

Used bikes with less than 20 miles on the odometer may be returned within 30 days. The following deductions will apply:

· $149 return shipping fee

· 30% restocking fee based on the original purchase price

 


 

7. Accessory and Product Returns

Accessories and products (excluding helmets) may be returned within 30 days if new or lightly used. Returns are subject to:

· Return shipping (see h)

· 30% restocking fee

 


 

8. (h) Return Shipping Fees

Example:
If you return 2 accessories on May 1 and 1 more on May 15, you’ll be charged $10 per batch = $20 total.

 


 

9. Refunds

· Orders with discount codes will have the full discount value deducted from the refund, regardless of quantity returned.

· Refunds are processed after items are received and inspected.

 


 

10. Return Procedure

Use the official return label provided during the authorization process for all approved returns.
