Terry was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out what I wanted to buy for my son with no high pressure sales tactics or any bs. Super honest and friendly. After we bought the bike, we had some questions and he answered everything and did a quick adjustment on the brakes and fixed a small noise in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend this shop! Great local bike shop!

Just got my first electric bike at the Brea Riding 5 store! Big shout out to Terry, he was super helpful explaining the different types of bikes, and once we decided on one he patiently showed us how to use all of the features on the new bike.

Very friendly. Has a mix of bikes for every age. Picked up the MACFOX for my son. An hour out of school, he loves it! If anyone sees my son let me know 🤣

Bought a revr electric bike back in November, Ric helped me out and is such a great person and bike enthusiast, knows his work very well, I highly recommend after purchasing to get the gold repairs lifetime membership, took my bike in for repairs and Ric fixed it in no time, and because of the gold repairs, I was good to go, thank you Ric and the bike is amazing

I brought my eBike in to replace the seat and install fender, rear rack and the Terry at the shop did all the work professionally and at a great price. He was really nice about explaining things and very friendly overall. I would definitely bring my bike in again in the future.

My dad went to the shop before bringing me, he sent pictures and the information he was being told by Rick. Later that week my dad and I went in together. I looked at the bike and liked what I saw. I asked a lot of questions and assured myself of my decision. Rick was very patient and answered all of my questions as thoroughly as possible. I was able to test the bike and am happy with my decision.

Great customer service from Alfonso!!

Alfonso from the Temecula location was awesome! He gave great customer service from the initial phone conversations to when we visited the store. We were waiting for the Macfox x7 to be in stock and Alfonso called us to let us know it was at the store. We drove from an hour away to see him as he was so helpful! Alfonso was friendly and showed my 14 year old son how to use the e-bike. Thank you Alfonso!
