Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ride. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges within the guidelines below.

Eligibility

All return, refund, and exchange requests must meet the following conditions:

  • Submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The e-bike must be in its original condition with no physical damage
  • The e-bike must have been ridden no more than 1 mile
  • All requests must be processed at the same store location where the purchase was made

Returns & Refunds

If your return meets all eligibility requirements above, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are also available, subject to the same eligibility requirements. When exchanging your e-bike:

  • Exchanging for a higher-priced model: You will pay the difference in price at the time of the exchange.
  • Exchanging for a lower-priced model: You will receive a refund for the difference in price.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit the Riding 5 store where you made your original purchase and speak with a team member. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
