Riding 5 Shipping Policy
Costs & Destinations
At Riding 5, we value each and every customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are doing our best to expedite the process to get your package delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Currently, we only offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the United States. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Note: E-bikes are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by a parent or adult.
In-Store Pickup Policy
We offer free in-store pickup for all items, including bicycles and oversized products. Most orders are ready for pickup within one business day.
Please note the following:
• Some items may require additional time to ship from off-site locations.
• Other items may require extra time for assembly before they are ready for pickup.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you.
If you need an item urgently, we recommend calling us before coming to the store to confirm its availability.

Shipping Time
In-stock orders typically ship our from our warehouse(s) within two business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we will provide a tracking number within two business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
Currently, our bikes ship from California and typically take 2–7 days for delivery, depending on your location. The carrier is UPS or FedEx. It may take 2–5 days for your package to be scanned into their system. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide additional information or documentation. All delivery timelines provided by Riding 5 are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to weather or transportation disruptions. If the delay exceeds one week, we will actively follow up. If your tracking status shows “Label Exception,” it usually means the label was damaged in transit and will be updated once the carrier replaces it.
For pre-orders and backorders, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page.
Some accessories are shipped internationally and may take 7–10 days for delivery.
Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation
Before shipping:
· Order cancellation is free of charge.
· Change of address is free of charge.
· Replacements and exchanges will be processed based on the actual difference in value.
After shipping:
If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the delivery. A 10% cancellation fee (based on the e-bike’s price) will apply, and a $149 return shipping fee will be charged. Riding 5 will provide a return shipping label and schedule a carrier to collect the item.
Customers may also choose to self-return. More information is available on our Refund Policy page.
Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that do not have quality issues.
Change of address:
If the address change is successful, a $25 processing fee applies.
If it fails, the customer is responsible for the $149 return shipping fee.
Replacements and exchanges:
If successful, a $20 processing fee applies.
If unsuccessful and you still wish to cancel the order, the customer will be charged the $149 return shipping fee.
Order Tracking
If you created an account at www.riding5.com, you can track your order and shipping information through your account. If you did not register, you can track your order using your order number on our website.

If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your bike, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, you will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
