Best Bike Ever

Bike arrived in excellent condition. Viewed the U-Tube unboxing and assembly instructions video. Assembly was easy, only took 90 minutes before I was riding my new bike. Product was everything I was hoping for. Great product. First ride 18 miles no issues at all.

Purchased the EX Titan. Nice bike, still getting used to it, a little different than my other Ebike. My wife has the Trekker and loves it. I have to say that Kingbull Ebike Company has great customer service. When something wasn't right, they take care of it. Cant recommend them enough.

My Bikes Arrived

My two bikes arrived without damage. The are of high quality construction. Our first test ride of 5 miles went very well. Calls to customer services were answered very promptly. Joined Kingbull Facebook group. Much helpful information & help videos are also available on Kingbull Ebikes Support website. Plan to take bikes on a month long camping trip. Will report about more experience with the bikes in the future.

Satisfactory In Every Way.

I am 6’5” and 260 lbs. This is the first bicycle I have owned that is large enough and durable enough for me to ride over rough ground, curbs and poorly maintained pavement without the bike getting damaged. It is comfortable and fast, and takes hills easily. The hydraulic brakes are very robust. It can carry a fair amount of gear on the sturdy rack.
