Bike arrived in excellent condition. Viewed the U-Tube unboxing and assembly instructions video. Assembly was easy, only took 90 minutes before I was riding my new bike. Product was everything I was hoping for. Great product. First ride 18 miles no issues at all.
I purchased a Trekker and a Jumper Go eBike's. They both arrived at the same time in great condition, with the exception of a faulty wire harness on one of them, which was shipped rather quickly. I absolutely love these eBikes and have been to trails that i have never experienced. Can't wait to hit the 500 mile mark now! I would highly recommend this ebike to who is currently considering one. anyone
Great except for the shipping issues. Easy to unpack and get started riding. This is my first e-bike and learning the controls was easy. Fun to ride and levels out our hilly terrain. Great value.
The delivery was fast! It came within a week of ordering. The quality is great it's the most comfortable ride I've experienced on an e-bike!! I love it!! 100% recommend. I'm thinking of getting my wife one now!!
I am very pleased with the bikes. They are well engineered and thought out. They came mostly completely pre-assembled. I have ridden the bike over 100 miles. It has been a game changer on our boat trip. I’m so glad they have fixed the lag of delivery time.
