Just discovered Riding 5 in Claremont and I’m seriously impressed! Little hard to see from the street but once you see it there’s no going back. The shop is super clean, the e-bike selection is top-notch, and the team is incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions, let me test ride a few models, and even offer free maintenance and a 1-year warranty on all bikes. Got my son a Rev’r model 1 which is I believe their entry level and he loves it. Good for committing to school. If you’re thinking about getting an electric bike — this is the place to go. I highly recommend Riding 5. We had been searching for an electric bike for months, went to a few e-bike stores, searched online sales, and ended up loving the customer service (from RIC) and affordable price of the e-bikes at Riding 5. Ric is very professional and patient with his customer's, very knowledgeable about the e-bikes, and can repair issues with the e-bikes (also, service e-bikes).
