First off, I’m 70 years young and I was a little worried about assembling the bike myself but that turned out to be pretty easy. This bike is great with a few modifications for older folks. I put a new seat post with a shock absorbing system and raised my handlebars about 4", and now my rides are awesome and comfortable. I'm not off roading and solely street riding so this works for me. I look forward to my ride energy day!
