Every e-bike purchased at a Riding 5 store includes a 1-year warranty on the battery and motor. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and can be serviced at any Riding 5 location.
Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase. The e-bike must be in original condition with no physical damage and under 1 mile of use. All returns must be processed at your original Riding 5 store location.
