This is my first ebike. I have pain in my knees and this bike allows me to ride at my resistance level reducing my pain .very pleased with the overall performance so far,grateful to be able to ride again with wife and family. For making a good product best regards John huth.happy in Indiana 👍😊

I bought two for my wife and I and we are enjoying the bikes thus far. First thing that struck me is they are all there - robust, sturdy and a bit larger than we expected them to be. There is nothing wimpy about these bikes. The ride is great and we plan to put a lot of miles on them!
Only suggestion I would have is to make more clear the front tire assembly - with the axle bolt, washers and spacers. It took a bit to figure it out. I hunted down YouTube videos that finally gave me the correct guidance.
We are just getting started, but love the bikes. They are a lot of bang for the buck! And customer service has been great so far which is a really good sign. And off we go! I'll be riding mine back and forth to work for sure. The power going uphill is amazing and there is no lack of acceleration in any power assist mode.
If you are at all on the fence I would say go for it! We looked at a lot of bikes and landed on these after exploring our options.
