Bike has been great so far after a couple weeks of use. Customer support was great when I notified them the brake lever popped out during shipment as they provided a brand new one quickly.

The instructions for assembly could use more details or a QR code to view video. I did have "extra parts" and sent a picture to customer service but never got a reply. That being said, I do love the bike and have highly recommended!
