My bike can with out any damage. We assembled it slowly following the directions till complete. It would not turn on. I contacted support by email and they replied several times over 2 1/2 days. Still no power. I looked over the bike and remember a connector hanging behind the headlight. I had thought it was for the possible turn signals that may be available later on. I remembered that the grommet in the upper frame was hanging out when I unboxed the bike. (I had put it back properly.) So I pulled the grommet out completely and looked into the frame...there was another larger connector that looked like a match for the one behind the headlight. I carefully matched the plugs together and now everything works! A electrical diagram would have helped.
So for so good still waiting on the rest of my purchases, unfortunately I haven't been able to ride due to the fact I dont have my helmet, and the other items. Once I recived I will be able to truly enjoy the ride.

I have been using it regularly for errands and neighborhood rides, and it fits naturally into my routine. It is convenient enough for quick trips, while still being enjoyable when I decide to take a longer ride afterward.
