I wanted to get my nephew an ebike for his birthday and originally planned to buy it at my usual spot, but I was so excited to find out they just opened a new chain location right in his city! It made things so much easier. I took him straight to the store to pick out his favorite, and the sales team here is hands-down the most welcoming and patient I’ve ever met. They spent so much time showing us different models that would perfectly fit his height. We ended up walking out with the exact bike he wanted. Huge thanks to the team for making his birthday so special! Highly recommend this place!

We came in today to purchase a bike for my husband, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Rick was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the differences between the various bikes available, and we really appreciated the wide selection he showed us.

What stood out most was how comfortable my husband felt throughout the process. Rick was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping him find the bike that suited him best—not just making a sale. It truly felt like he had my husband’s best interests in mind.

We were so pleased with the service we received that we didn’t just leave with one bike—we ended up purchasing two! We’re very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend working with Rick.

Went in today, I wish I would've caught your name, but the shop owner took me in last minute and was incredibly helpful—starting with great advice over the phone before I even arrived. When I pulled up, he didn't hesitate to jump in and help me unload my bike from the trunk. Solid shop, great guy, and I’ll definitely be back.
